Delivered over four phases, Repton Park included LP9, a particularly challenging section, comprising of apartments and retail units. The brickwork involved a range of finishes, including Stretcher Bond, Flemish Bond and Monk Bond. Joint finishes included flush brushed, raked joints at varying depths, and standard half-round joints. Combined with the use of various brick and mortar colours, this resulted in a striking building with prominent towers that stand out within the surrounding area. The development was awarded a well-deserved NHBC Pride in the Job Award.
